In university there was an intramural mixed (men and women) indoor ball hockey league. I was asked to play on a team and I’m pretty competitive. In the first game the ball was in the corners, I knew I couldn’t hit the girl to get the ball, so I quickly hit down on her stick to dislodge it, something I’ve done many times before. Every other time against men it just changes the direction of their stick or at worst makes them drop it. When I did it to the girl the force made her go to the ground. Right away I had the guys on the other team wanting to fight me. I learned pretty quick that the strength of a girl isn’t even in the same realm as a man.

This is kind of funny. There is some sort of controversy in the WNBA as one of their players said trans should not be allowed in the league as they have male genetics. This caused the left to go nuts and say a bunch of bad things about this player.

I don't like it, but it's the truth.

For over 15 years Hollywood has focused on superheroes, remakes and sequels.  You would think with a remake, if there's a recognizable title, it would automatically mean money, but i think that's the assumption Hollywood is failing on.  Most youth today don't even know who U2 or Oasis are, let alone The Thomas Crowne Affair or The Taking of Pelham 123.  The Point Break re-make failed, and i know that is a much more popular film with a newer generation.  Hollywoods should remake the films that didn't do well the first time around, not the hits.

I reckon Narrow Margin's overdue another remake.

But Point Break without Patrick and Keanu and Thomas Crown without Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway's cheekbones is just silly.

Was reading this morning an article about the city of Edmonton’s football team in the CFL.
